Medication Compliance/Dosing Services

Our staff will help you or a loved one remember to take and refill your prescriptions properly. These may include packaging system, medication Bubble-Packs, or Auto Refills, so you or your caregiver never miss a dose of a prescribed medication. This packaging can also include over the counter supplements or vitamins.

We can also synchronize your prescriptions so they refill on the same schedule, and can automatically refill every month or three months depending on your preference. We’re happy to give you a reminder call when your prescriptions are ready for pickup or delivery.  Call or stop by the Pharmacy to set up any of these free services.

Drug Interaction Review & Counseling

We will alert you and your physician if there’s a possible interaction with other medications that you take.  Remember that over the counter medications and supplements may also interact with your prescriptions. Be sure to ask before adding anything new.

Easy Refills

Refills can be ordered by phone or online. Dial Bitterroot Drug anytime at 406-363-3611, and follow the prompts for option 2 to leave your request for a refill. If you prefer, use the convenient refill button at the top right of the webpage. If you’ve run out of prescription refills, Bitterroot Drug will contact your doctor on your behalf.

Asthma & Other Respiratory Conditions

Asthma & other respiratory conditions are a specialty at Bitterroot Drug. An asthma diagnosis can be overwhelming. Our aim is to reduce the numbers of asthma-related hospitalizations, emergency department visits, and missed days at school and work by helping patients understand and use their inhalers and other medications and devices properly.  Talk to our Certified Asthma Specialist, Jenn Errett to learn more.

A Private Consultation room is available to discuss any of your concerns, or to educate you about your medications or devices.
