While we rely on our Pharmacy Technicians for ongoing assistance in this department, we choose to staff a higher percentage of Pharmacists than is required by Montana law in order to better serve the needs of our customers. • Prescription counseling. Bitterroot Drug's counseling area is designed to give you a place to ask questions and discuss prescription options in private. Even if you've taken a medication in the past, conditions may have changed. Please, don't be surprised if our pharmacists insist on a counseling session in your best interests.
   
• Medication review. What you don't know can hurt you! Even natural vitamins and other supplements can have adverse reactions when combined with certain medications. Bring all your prescription medications and over-the-counter supplements to explore possible drug interactions, side effects and less expensive alternatives with our licensed pharmacists.
